Job description

Design and implement custom solutions using platform features including custom objects and flows.
User management, system configuration and customization, workflow automation, security, analytics and reporting, and support and training.
Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Maintain and optimize Salesforce data models, security settings, and permissions.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce applications.
Follow Salesforce best practices and ensure compliance with security and data governance standards.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes.

Requirements

Do you have a valid Certified Salesforce Administrator certification?, Do you have experience in Salesforce Service Cloud?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Senior Admin to create solutions for our clients leveraging config and low-code designs and flows. Some experience and understanding of LWC and Apex preferred. (Must work within 2 hours of EST in US.), * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field or its equivalent in work experience.

Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Salesforce administration.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
Experience with Salesforce security models, sharing rules, and governor limits.
Salesforce certifications: Salesforce Certified Admin or Advanced Admin Certification.
Understanding of unit testing for Salesforce applications.

Nice-to-have Experience:

Hands-on experience with Apex, SOQL, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Experience with Salesforce integrations using APIs and middleware solutions.
Knowledge of AI-driven Salesforce solutions, such as Agentforce.
Knowledge of test automation.
