Print Production & Business Consultant / Regional Field Support

As a Field Support Representative, you will partner with franchise owners to:

• Improve sales performance and business profitability
• Identify opportunities for growth and customer acquisition
• Analyze workflows and recommend operational improvements
• Support print production processes and efficiency
• Provide guidance on equipment utilization and shop performance
• Advise on graphic design, file setup, and Adobe Creative Cloud
• Review financial reports and KPIs
• Train and mentor owners and staff on best practices
• Conduct regular on-site visits across Long Island, Brooklyn, and Queens
• Build strong relationships with franchise owners as a trusted business advisor, * On a scale of 1-10, rate your overall ability with the Adobe Creative Cloud (Specifically: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat)

Do you have a valid Driver’s License license?, Do you have experience in Stakeholder relationship building?, This role lets you use your knowledge and skills in a more strategic, less physically demanding way-while building a long-term career., * 3+ years of experience in:

• Commercial or digital printing
• Print production
• Graphic design
• Strong understanding of print shop operations
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and Fiery Command Workstation
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally

Preferred Experience

• Print shop management or supervisory experience
• Sales, account management, or customer development, * How many years of experience do you have working in a Print Production or Large Format Production environment? (Print Shop, Sign Shop, Etc.)
• Do you have the ability to travel daily (with occasional overnights) to our franchise locations in the Long Island Region?
• Do you have the ability to travel to our franchise locations outside of the Long Island Region?
