Job description

Administer and support Microsoft 365 environments including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Entra ID, and Intune.
Manage and support VMware ESXi and vCenter environments.
Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network infrastructure including switches, VLANs, wireless networks, and connectivity issues.
Support firewall administration and security technologies.
Deploy, configure, and support Windows desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
Manage user provisioning, onboarding, offboarding, access control, and endpoint security.
Monitor infrastructure performance and assist with system maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
Collaborate with infrastructure, networking, and security teams to resolve complex technical issues.
Maintain documentation, asset records, and operational procedures.

Requirements

3+ years of Systems Administration, Infrastructure Support, or Network Administration experience.
Hands-on experience with VMware ESXi and/or vCenter.
Experience supporting Microsoft 365, Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune, and Active Directory environments.
Experience configuring and troubleshooting enterprise networking environments.
Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, and routing concepts.
Experience supporting Windows desktop and server environments.
Strong troubleshooting and customer-facing communication skills., * Experience with Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco, Aruba, or similar enterprise firewall platforms.
Experience configuring Cisco, Aruba, Dell, HP, or Meraki switches.
Experience with ConnectWise, ServiceNow, or similar ITSM platforms.
Experience supporting macOS environments.
Industry certifications such as VMware, Microsoft, Cisco, CompTIA, or related technologies.
