What You’ll Do Facility maintenance: general repairs, fixture replacements, ceiling tile work, lamp post repairs, and upkeep for commercial and residential properties Construction and renovation: bathroom remodels, kitchen updates, flooring

Do you have a valid Driver’s License license?, Do you have experience in Woodworking?, drywall repair, painting, and finish carpentry Exterior work: fence installation and repair, concrete patching, foundation repair assistance, and site cleanup Learn and perform low-voltage cabling: Cat6 runs, patch panel terminations, keystone installations, and cable testing Follow SOPs, maintain professional standards on-site, and represent the company with pride Work alongside the owner/operator and senior techs while building your own expertise What You Need Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license Willingness to learn - construction or maintenance experience is a plus, but drive matters more Professional appearance and attitude Ability to work independently and as part of a crew Basic hand tools (company equipment and specialized tools provided) What You Get Competitive pay with clear pathways to raises as your skills and responsibility grow Hands-on training in facility maintenance, construction, and IT infrastructure - multiple skill sets, one career Opportunity to
