IT Manager

• Oversee Microsoft 365, endpoint management, and email/security tools
• Maintain servers, virtualization, storage, and backup systems
• Support enterprise networking: firewalls, switches, VPN, Wi-Fi
• Lead endpoint hardening, patching, and security tooling (EDR/MDR, SIEM, vulnerability mgmt.)
• Administer cloud platforms and support automation/scripting
• Execute Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity plans
• Manage vendors, licensing, budgets, and IT asset lifecycle
• Maintain IT policies, documentation, and compliance requirements
• Collaborate with cross-site teams and support specialized/legacy systems as needed

Do you have experience in Windows support?, * 6-8 years IT experience; degree or equivalent

• Strong experience with Windows Server, AD, Group Policy, and Microsoft 365
• Proficiency in networking, virtualization, and backup technologies
• Working knowledge of cloud platforms and scripting (PowerShell required)
• Solid understanding of security principles, DR/BCP, and IT best practices
• Experience with vendor management, budgeting, and documentation
• Compliance or regulated-industry experience a plus
