Job description

Seeking a Software Engineer (Backend) to join client’’s Product Domain team. The team follows Extreme Programming (XP) practices including Test-Driven Development (TDD), pair programming, Agile methodologies, and JVM-based technologies. Engineers contribute across development, testing, deployment, and support. Requirements

5+ years of software development experience Strong expertise in Java/Groovy or other JVM-based languages Hands-on experience with TDD Comfortable with Pair Programming Backend service development experience REST APIs, HTTP, JSON Spring Framework Preferred Skills Kafka / RabbitMQ Cassandra, Redis, or other NoSQL databases Linux/Bash scripting Apache, Tomcat, Memcache, open-source technologies React or other SPA frameworks GraphQL BigQuery Ideal Candidate Strong Agile/XP mindset Collaborative team player Passionate about clean code and software craftsmanship Open to feedback and continuous improvement Comfortable working in a highly collaborative environment
