Strategic Communications & Change Management Lead

We are seeking a senior consultant to provide strategic communications and change management support for the launch of a new public-facing online platform. This role will translate technical project updates into clear, accessible content and prepare the public and stakeholders for the upcoming system transition. Logistics & Setup

• Work Arrangement: 100% Remote
• Location/Time Zone: Remote (Must be comfortable working EST hours)
• Interview Process: Webcam/Video Interview or In-Person, * Collateral Creation: Experience building website content, FAQs, fact sheets, email campaigns, presentations, and talking points.
• Accessibility Standards: Knowledge of ensuring public-facing materials meet strict accessibility guidelines (e.g., WCAG/Section 508).
• Stakeholder Engagement: Experience managing outreach to diverse external groups, public partners, and leadership teams.

What You Will Do

• Evaluate and enhance the current rollout communication strategy.
• Author and deliver all public-facing outreach materials before, during, and after system launch milestones.

• Strategic Communications & Messaging: 10+ years of expert-level written and verbal communication experience.
• Change Management: Experience mapping out communication sequencing to guide users through software transitions and launch milestones.
• Technical Writing & Translation: Ability to translate highly technical system information into clear, accessible language for external audiences.
