Job description
We are seeking a Knowledge Experience Specialist (KXS) to support one of our large, well-known tech clients. This role sits at the heart of content execution, ensuring that structured knowledge designed by Knowledge Experience Designers (KXDs) and guided by Knowledge Content Design Standards (KCDS) is accurately and consistently brought to life within a modern knowledge platform.
In this role, you will be responsible for the hands-on building, publishing, and maintenance of knowledge content. You will take finalized content designs and transform them into live, production-ready pages that agents and end users rely on daily. Your work ensures that knowledge is not only created, but correctly implemented, linked, verified, and delivered. This is a highly execution-focused role where precision matters. You will become deeply familiar with the content platform, including its workflows, metadata structures, taxonomy rules, and publishing requirements. You are the final checkpoint before content goes live, ensuring everything functions correctly, renders properly, and meets quality standards.
If you are the right fit, you are highly detail-oriented, comfortable working within structured systems and checklists, and energized by ensuring content is implemented flawlessly. You take pride in clean execution, catching issues others miss, and maintaining consistency across large content sets. You are comfortable working in collaborative production environments and understand the importance of documentation, traceability, and version control.
