Job description

We are seeking an experienced Palantir Foundry Developer to join our team on a contract basis, fully remote within the United States. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on expertise across the Foundry ecosystem - from pipeline engineering and ontology design to building user-facing applications in Workshop/AIP - and will be comfortable translating ambiguous business problems into scalable, data-driven solutions., * Design and build data pipelines, including the required transforms, to ingest, clean, and structure data within Palantir Foundry.

  • Architect and maintain Foundry Ontologies, ensuring object types, links, and properties accurately model the business domain and support downstream applications.
  • Build and configure operational applications and workflows using Foundry Workshop and AIP.
  • Support RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) implementations, including hands-on work with Media Sets where applicable.
  • Implement data quality checks, profiling, anomaly detection, and validation rules embedded directly within Foundry pipelines to ensure data integrity.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to translate real-world problems into technical solutions, leveraging the full breadth of Foundry’s platform capabilities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data engineering, analytics, business SMEs) to deliver reliable, production-grade data products.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Validation design?, * Proven experience designing and implementing data pipelines and transforms within Palantir Foundry.

  • Expert-level experience in Ontology creation, modeling, and management.
  • Hands-on experience with Foundry Workshop and AIP for application/workflow development.
  • Experience implementing data quality, profiling, anomaly detection, and validation logic within pipelines.
  • Strong ability to convert business requirements into practical, scalable technical solutions on the Foundry platform.

Preferred / Nice to Have

  • Experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines.
  • Hands-on experience with Foundry Media Sets.
