Job description

We are looking for a skilled AEM Senior Developer to develop, enhance, and support Adobe Experience Manager applications and cloud deployments. The candidate will work closely with architects, leads, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and high-performing AEM solutions using modern development practices and AI-assisted coding tools.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with AEMaaCS, AEM Agents, cloud deployments, and enterprise integrations along with strong debugging and Java development skills.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Develop AEM components, templates, workflows, dialogs, and backend services
  • Implement reusable and scalable AEM solutions aligned with enterprise standards
  • Work on AEMaaCS deployments using Cloud Manager and CI/CD pipelines
  • Use Cursor IDE and GenAI coding assistants to improve developer productivity and accelerate delivery
  • Configure and troubleshoot AEM Agents, dispatcher caching, and replication issues
  • Integrate AEM with REST APIs, third-party systems, Adobe Analytics, and Adobe Target
  • Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization activities
  • Collaborate with front-end developers on SPA and headless CMS implementations
  • Write unit tests and maintain secure coding practices
  • Support production deployments and resolve critical issues

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of software development experience
  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in AEM 6.x and AEMaaCS
  • Knowledge of Edge Delivery Services and headless CMS architecture
  • Strong Java, Sling, OSGi, JCR, and servlet development experience
  • Experience with AEM Cloud deployments and Cloud Manager
  • Knowledge of AEM Agents, dispatcher configuration, replication, and caching
  • Experience using Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or GenAI-based coding assistants
  • Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills
  • Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks
  • Experience with RESTful APIs and integrations
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Git-based development

NICE TO HAVE

  • Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target integration
  • React or Angular development experience
  • Experience with headless CMS and GraphQL APIs
  • Exposure to AI-assisted automation and development workflows
