Job description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Finance Techno-Functional Consultant to provide L2/L3 production support for Oracle EBS R12 Finance modules including AP, AR, GL, FA, Cash Management, EBTax, Vertex, and OneSource. The role involves incident management, root cause analysis, change management, documentation, and support during critical finance close periods.

Key Skills:

  • Oracle EBS R12.2.3 Finance Modules (AP, AR, GL, FA, CM, EBTax)
  • PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, BI Publisher, OAF/ADF, Workflow Builder
  • ServiceNow and ITSM processes
  • Production support, RCA, and issue resolution
  • Third-party integrations (Vertex, OneSource)
  • Finance close support and global delivery model experience

Requirements

Preferred: Experience supporting multilingual environments (English, Chinese, Japanese) and working in a 24x7 global support model.
