Job description

  • Provide first-level help desk support for end users, resolving technical issues in a timely manner
  • Troubleshoot and support Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware issues (laptops, monitors, printers, etc.)
  • Assist with setup, configuration, and basic maintenance of IT equipment
  • Document issues, resolutions, and recurring problems
  • Support overall business systems and contribute to continuous improvement of IT processes
  • Escalate complex issues as needed

Requirements

Do you have experience in Technical customer support for office equipment?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * 2+ years of experience in IT support, help desk, or related field Experience troubleshooting Microsoft Office products

  • Basic knowledge of hardware troubleshooting (laptops, printers, peripherals)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to quickly learn systems and operate in a hands-on environment

Soft Skills:

  • Experience working in a help desk or onsite IT support role
  • Familiarity with general IT service management practices
