Senior Technical Recruiter - Engineering & Manufacturing (Hybrid)

• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle from sourcing through offer acceptance
• Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies and hiring plans
• Source and engage technical talent using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
• Screen candidates and assess technical and cultural fit
• Coordinate interviews and facilitate hiring decisions
• Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs

Do you have experience in Stakeholder relationship building?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

• 8+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience
• Experience recruiting for engineering, manufacturing, hardware, supply chain, or operations roles
• Strong sourcing skills, including LinkedIn Recruiter
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred

• Experience recruiting within manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, robotics, semiconductor, or advanced technology industries
• Agency recruiting experience
• Experience with ATS platforms such as Lever, Greenhouse, or Workday
