Epic Implementation Analyst

• Troubleshoot and resolve EHR and clinical workflow issues.
• Diagnose problems using probing questions and remote tools.
• Guide users through solutions and workflow processes.
• Document issues and escalate per protocol when needed.
• Maintain professionalism and composure in high-pressure situations.
• Identify and escalate urgent or patient-impacting issues.
• Follow standard procedures, tools, and HIPAA compliance requirements.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with team members and support service desk operations.
• Participate in meetings and assist with additional projects as assigned.

Do you have experience in Typing?, * 3+ years experience with EHR systems (Epic, Cerner, Meditech, or similar).

• 2+ years in healthcare and customer service roles.
• Basic healthcare terminology and IT knowledge.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong attention to detail and typing accuracy.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights/weekends., * Call center or customer-facing experience.
• Experience with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy, Zendesk).
• Clinical certifications.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)., * Call center: 1 year (Preferred)
• Epic: 3 years (Required)
• Healthcare environment : 3 years (Preferred)
