Reliability Engineer II

We’re looking for a motivated and detail oriented Reliability Engineer to join our team supporting our medical device product portfolio. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring product quality and reliability through hands on test execution, engineering analysis, and cross functional collaboration.

Position Responsibilities:

• Execute test methods for Test Method Validation (TMV) and Design Verification (DV), including test setup, operation, and documentation

• Write and approve technical reports, summarizing data, findings, and recommendations

• Review and assess engineering change orders across design, manufacturing, and suppliers

• Conduct reliability studies and support the development of Design of Experiments (DOE)

• Analyze performance data and process variables to identify trends and root causes

• Support risk assessments and recommend reliability improvements

• Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure products meet customer, regulatory, and internal reliability standards

Minimum Education Required

Bachelors Degree

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field

• Reliability Engineering

• Test Method Development

• Test Method Validation

• 2-4 years of relevant engineering experience

• Practical understanding of reliability principles, test execution, and technical reporting

• Ability to work independently on moderately complex projects
