  • Disaster Recovery exercises

  • Audit and Open Records support
  • Vendor management and contract interpretation
  • SQL support for CAPPS & SPRS synchronization

Requirements

Do you have experience in WCAG?, We are seeking an experienced Senior PeopleSoft HCM Functional Consultant with extensive CAPPS HR/Payroll expertise to support

Required Experience:

15+ years of experience with:

  • State of Texas policies
  • Federal labor laws
  • PeopleSoft technical tools (App Designer, Integration Broker, SQR/SQL, BI Publisher, SAP Business Objects)

12+ years of experience with:

  • PeopleSoft HCM system configuration
  • Security best practices, NIST standards, and multi-tenancy

10+ years of experience with:

  • Texas public sector (supporting 30+ state agencies)
  • CAPPS HR/Payroll (PeopleSoft HCM 9.2), * 8+ years preparing WCAG 2.1-compliant documentation
  • 3+ years of ITIL/ITSM/ITAM knowledge
  • Experience with CPA legacy statewide financial systems is preferred
