Do you have experience in Webinars (training delivery method)?, We are seeking an experienced, dynamic IT Service Management (ITSM) Technical Trainer to deliver a virtual, instructor-led training (VILT) course for a cohort of 10-12 Desktop Support Technicians., At least one of the following is strictly required):Active HDI Certified Instructor statusHDI Desktop Advanced Support Technician (HDI-DAST) or HDI Support Center Manager (HDI-SCM)ITIL v3/ITIL 4 Foundation or higherExperience: Minimum 3+ years of experience in a technical support center environment (as a Lead, Manager, Trainer, or Consultant) alongside 2+ years of formal technical instruction or corporate training delivery.Technical Framework Knowledge: Deep understanding of Incident Management, Problem Management, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and Service Level Management. Interpersonal Coaching: Proven ability to teach “soft skills” effectively, including active listening, negotiation, empathy, and conflict resolution within an IT infrastructure context. Platform Mastery: Experience delivering professional, seamless training via virtual platforms (Zoom, MS Teams, etc.).
