HRIS Specialist 1 (FT Temporary)

• Provide excellent customer service to meet the needs of staff members in a timely manner.
• Prepare ad hoc queries, reports, or analytics utilizing Query, BI Publisher, or other similar tools.
• Assist users in analyzing software errors or deficiencies by troubleshooting to determine the causes or issues, and identifying the best way to resolve the problem.
• Make basic functional updates to assigned systems as needed.
• Process requests to set up or restore permissions to the appropriate system.
• Train human resources and organizational staff on system access and utilization.
• Conduct testing activities for enhancements and issue resolutions within HR systems, ensuring new features and fixes meet quality standards and business requirements.
• Perform weekly audits as assigned and ensure business rules are in compliance.

Minimum 4-year degree plus 1-3 years of experience in functional HR, HRIS, or IT, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
