Job description

Act as a Scrum Master for an Agile team delivering a large-scale Data Migration project.
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Sprint Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement.
Coach the team on Agile values, Scrum principles, and best practices to ensure efficient sprint delivery.
Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Data Engineers, QA Engineers, and business stakeholders to align priorities and ensure smooth migration activities.
Identify and remove impediments impacting data migration, validation, testing, and release activities.
Coordinate dependencies across multiple teams involved in source systems, target platforms, and data integration processes.
Monitor sprint progress, team capacity, risks, and Agile metrics while providing regular status updates to stakeholders.
Support release planning, migration planning, and risk management to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
Maintain Agile documentation, project reports, and meeting notes using tools such as Jira and Confluence.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize Agile processes and enhance team collaboration.
Collaborate with local and regional teams in an international working environment.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or related fields.
From 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Project Coordinator in software development or data-related projects.
Strong experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and working in Agile environments.
Experience supporting Data Migration, Data Integration, Data Warehouse, or other data-focused projects is an advantage.
Good understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
Scrum certification (PSM, CSM, or equivalent) is a plus.
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams including Business Analysts, Data Engineers, QA Engineers, and business stakeholders.
Strong facilitation, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, or similar.
Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
