Technical Support Specialist

Your proactive approach and technical expertise will empower teams to work efficiently and confidently with their digital tools., * Troubleshoot malfunctioning machines in our Customer Care Lab

• Evaluate freight-damaged machines, create an estimate of repair, and repair/refurbish machines
• Evaluate returned spare parts to confirm/refute field diagnosis, determine disposition, and document in Salesforce
• Record labor performed/parts utilized in repairs and product/parts dispositions in Sales Force
• Review operation and service manuals
• Maintain open dialogue with colleagues to ensure alignment

Additional duties as assigned

Do you have experience in Refrigeration?, * Self-starter with a “can-do” attitude that takes ownership

• Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to de-escalate tense situations
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting ability
• Knowledge of and ability to read electrical schematics and diagrams
• Above-average verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work well with all levels of the organization
• Bilingual - English and Spanish
