Sr. Systems Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to design, implement, and support complex client infrastructure environments across cloud and on-premises platforms. This is a client-facing role focused on infrastructure modernization, cybersecurity, virtualization, cloud technologies, and strategic IT consulting. Responsibilities

• Lead infrastructure projects involving Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory, SharePoint, Windows Server, and Hyper-V.
• Design and implement secure, scalable solutions across hybrid cloud environments.
• Support security initiatives including MFA, MDM, Conditional Access, Microsoft 365 hardening, identity management, and DLP.
• Develop deployment plans, technical documentation, network diagrams, and SOPs.
• Design and validate backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions.
• Conduct infrastructure assessments, IT audits, and technology reviews.
• Create project scopes, estimates, and technical recommendations for clients.
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor while managing multiple projects and priorities.

Do you have experience in Windows?, * 5+ years of Systems Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, or MSP experience.

• Strong experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory, Windows Server, SharePoint, and Hyper-V.
• Experience with cybersecurity best practices, backup/disaster recovery solutions, and hybrid cloud environments.
• Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and client-facing communication skills.
• MSP, consulting, or professional services experience strongly preferred.
