Scrum Master

Scrum Leadership

• Serve as Scrum Master for 1-3 cross-functional Agile teams, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles and practices.
• Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Support Quarterly Planning (often known as PI Planning) and alignment with organizational objectives.

Agile Coaching

• Mentor assigned teams, Product Managers, and stakeholders on Agile best practices.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and servant leadership. Enable the team to prioritize improvements as actionable outcomes from team retrospectives. Incorporate improvements into sprint backlogs for accountability.

Tool Enablement

• Educate teams on best practices and utilization of Jira AI for backlog refinement, sprint forecasting, and automated reporting.
• Leverage Copilot for generating insights, summarizing sprint outcomes, and improving communication efficiency.

Metrics & Reporting

• Track and analyze Scrum delivery metrics (velocity, cycle time, predictability, defect trends).
• Provide actionable insights to improve team performance and delivery predictability.

Planning & Alignment

• Collaborate with Product Management, Agile Coaches & Program Managers during Quarterly Planning.
• Ensure dependencies and risks are identified and managed across teams

DevOps & Continuous Delivery Awareness

• Promote understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and their impact on Agile delivery.
• Partner with engineering teams to align Scrum practices with continuous delivery goals.
• Advocate for test automation practices and ensure quality is incorporated into sprint planning and throughout the SDLC.

Do you have experience in Stakeholder relationship building?, We are seeking a Senior Scrum Master to lead and enable high-performing Agile teams in delivering business value through iterative development. This role requires expertise in Scrum practices, advanced facilitation skills, and the ability to coach teams and stakeholders on Agile principles. The ideal candidate will leverage Jira AI and Copilot tools to optimize workflows, improve predictability, and enhance team productivity., * Experience: 5+ years as a Scrum Master, with at least 2 years in a senior or multi-team capacity.

• Certifications: CSM, PSM II, SAFe Scrum Master or equivalent.
• Tools: Advanced proficiency in Jira, familiarity with Jira AI and Copilot.
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks, Scrum delivery metrics, and Scaled Agile practices.
• Awareness of software delivery lifecycle (SDLC) and DevOps principles and experience working in environments with CI/CD pipelines.
