Principal Engineer / Lead Engineer

We are seeking highly skilled Forward Deployment Engineers with deep expertise in Devin AI and modern Generative AI tools to support enterprise-scale rollout and adoption initiatives. This is a hands-on, full-stack engineering role focused on helping business teams accelerate product delivery through effective implementation of GenAI technologies., * Design, develop, and deploy GenAI-powered solutions using Devin, Claude Code, and Cursor

• Integrate GenAI tools into enterprise SDLC workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and internal platforms
• Partner with Line of Business (LOB) teams to improve the end-to-end product delivery lifecycle
• Lead onboarding, training, and enablement of GenAI tools across engineering teams
• Monitor and optimize tool usage, productivity, and performance outcomes
• Establish best practices for prompt engineering and AI workflow integration
• Provide hands-on troubleshooting, performance tuning, and scaling support

Required Technical Skills

Strong Full-Stack Development experience:

• Java
• React, Angular, TypeScript
• Python

Do you have experience in TypeScript?, * Distributed Systems

• APIs
• Event-Driven Architecture
• Microservices Architecture
• CI/CD Pipelines and Developer Tooling
• Cloud Platforms (OCP, GCP, or similar)

Must-Have GenAI Experience

Hands-on experience with:

• Devin AI
• Claude / Anthropic Models
• Cursor and Copilot-equivalent developer tools

Strong understanding of:

• Prompt Engineering
• Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG)
• Agent-Based Workflows and Tool Usage
• Multi-Agent Architectures
• MCP (Model Context Protocol) Servers and Integrations
• Agentic Services and Autonomous AI Workflows
• Orchestration, Tool Chaining, and Decision-Driven Execution Across Systems

$60 - $70 an hour - Contract
