Boost Mobile by KG Premier is seeking an experienced, dynamic, and results-driven Retail Store Manager to lead our growing team.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to meet and exceed all assigned sales and operational goals.
- Oversee all daily store operations, including scheduling, inventory management, cash handling, and visual merchandising.
- Recruit, hire, train, and coach team members on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service excellence.
- Ensure an outstanding and consistent customer experience that drives loyalty and positive reviews.
- Manage and maintain the store’s professional appearance, ensuring all displays and devices are functional.
- Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Wireless sales?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * Must be at least 18 years of age.
- 2+ years of prior retail management experience, preferably in the wireless or electronics industry.
- Proven experience in leading, coaching, and developing a sales team.
- Basic proficiency with computers, software, Microsoft products, and POS systems.
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer and company information.
- Strong operational, organizational, and time management skills.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- High school diploma/GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is highly preferred.
- Bilingual in Spanish is preferred, but not required., * Exceptional leadership and communication skills, capable of inspiring and directing a team.
- A strategic and results-driven mindset, committed to achieving store and company objectives.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive, can-do attitude, especially under pressure.
- A passion for technology and a commitment to operational excellence.
Physical Demands
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time throughout a shift.
- Must be able to move and/or lift up to 20 pounds.
- Employees must be able to talk and hear, be detail-oriented, and maintain clear communication.
- Employees must maintain a calm and positive attitude daily while at work.
- Employees must be versatile and possess full mobility to assist in all operational aspects, including merchandising, packing, inventory management, phone bar setup, and pricing displays. Being a mobile, key team player in a wireless environment is a must.
