Job description
- Act as a servant leader to manage all CoI development tasks within a sprint cycle, maintain the Jira Board backlog, facilitate daily scrums, and eliminate team impediments.
- Meet frequently with customer leadership and contractor personnel to formulate, review, and execute technical task plans and deliverables.
- Ensure the technical team remains fully functional, foster close collaboration across all engineering roles, and shield the team from external interferences.
- Oversee the deployment of updates and hotfixes to production, assist in design planning, and manage the migration of legacy applications to modern platforms.
- Track and report performance metrics to the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) through detailed weekly and monthly status reports.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Salesforce Cloud?, * A project management certification from a recognized credentialing agency (e.g., PMP or Program Management Professional) is highly preferred.
- Proven experience managing cross-functional teams in a highly collaborative work environment.
- Demonstrated experience with full lifecycle Agile program management.
- Strong background delivering solutions to production environments or migrating legacy applications to new cloud platforms.
