Business Development Associate (IT)

MaksaSoft is looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and build strong client relationships in the IT services domain. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for sales and technology., * Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, networking, and outbound outreach.

• Identify potential clients and business opportunities in the IT sector.
• Schedule meetings and product demonstrations with prospects.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales documentation.
• Collaborate with technical and project teams to understand client requirements.
• Track sales activities and maintain CRM records.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.

Do you have experience in Time-based sales targets?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.

• 0-3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or IT Services.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and lead generation techniques.
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
• Basic understanding of software development and IT services is preferred.
