Java Developer Lead

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-scale Java-based applications and services.
• Provide technical leadership while remaining actively involved in development and solution delivery when needed.
• Collaborate with architecture teams to ensure solutions align with enterprise standards and strategic objectives.
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and drive successful outcomes.
• Coordinate effectively with offshore and onshore development teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
• Own project execution, delivery commitments, and overall solution success.
• Facilitate communication across technical and non-technical teams, serving as a bridge between architecture, business, and development organizations.
• Identify risks, resolve technical challenges, and proactively remove obstacles that could impact project delivery.
• Mentor developers and promote engineering best practices across the team.

Do you have experience in Scalable systems?, We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with deep backend Java expertise who can provide technical leadership while remaining hands-on when necessary. This role requires an individual who can design scalable solutions, drive delivery, and effectively navigate complex enterprise environments involving architecture teams, business stakeholders, offshore resources, and onshore development teams.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical capabilities with business acumen, accountability, and exceptional communication skills. Success in this role will depend not only on technical excellence but also on the ability to align technology solutions with business objectives and ensure projects are delivered successfully., * Extensive experience in backend application development using Java.

• Proven experience serving as a Technical Lead, Lead Developer, or similar leadership role.
• Strong understanding of enterprise application architecture and solution design.
• Demonstrated ability to drive projects from concept through delivery in complex enterprise environments.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including architects, business stakeholders, product owners, and distributed development teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to balance technical considerations against business objectives.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven track record of accountability, ownership, and successful project execution.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to Angular or other modern front-end frameworks.
• Experience supporting full-stack application development environments.
• Experience working within large-scale transportation, logistics, fleet management, or related enterprise organizations.
