Job description

Lokking for a self-starter who learns quickly and is eager to take on any task assigned. The Systems Engineer will serve as a security-minded technical resource for in the oversight and maintenance of the IT infrastructure and operations including: Virtual Desktops
Support end-user workstation capabilities including design and implementation of one or more images. Support and manage a Citrix Virtual Desktop Infrastructure environment on Citrix Cloud

Requirements

Experience successfully supporting IT operations in a highly demanding environment
Efficient troubleshooting of problems with precision and grace
Azure cloud environment administration
Citrix XenDesktop VDI management
Office 365, including Exchange, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint Online administration
Azure AD, Conditional Access, SSO, Data Classification
Azure Files management
Strong experience configuring Windows 10 and MS Office in an enterprise environment
Previous experience creating virtual desktop images
Strong troubleshooting skills
Strong Apple iOS skills
Windows Server management including Active Directory, DNS, Group Policy
Powershell automation
Microsoft Exchange
Working knowledge of Cisco IOS, network troubleshooting, Cisco Call Manager, SQL, Darktrace, Varonis Data Advantage
Windows Server Update Services
