Job description

As a Deployment Engineer, you will be responsible for commissioning our MARSO robots at customer sites, leading the full technical deployment on site and ensuring operational performance.

You act as the main interface between the customer’s teams (logistics, IT, operations) and our internal teams (R&D, software, hardware, teleoperations). Your objective: customer satisfaction, reliability, and continuous product improvement in the field., * Site & process analysis: assess the customer environment (logistics process, safety, network, IT).

  • Deployment project management: handle planning, milestones, risk tracking, and multi-team coordination up to production go-live.
  • Installation & commissioning: perform integration, network/IT setup, functional tests, and safety validation.
  • Performance ramp-up: monitor key KPIs (availability, throughput, error rate), perform diagnostics, and implement corrective actions.
  • Robot learning & autonomy: supervise on-site learning phases, data labelling, and feedback loops for AI improvement.
  • MARSO product improvement: provide structured field feedback to R&D (bugs, new features) and contribute to deployment playbooks & checklists.
  • Training & handover: train customer teams (operations/maintenance) and ensure proper documentation., * Gestion de projet de déploiement : planning, jalons, risques, coordination multi-équipes jusqu’à la mise en production.
  • Installation & mise en service : intégration, configuration réseau/IT, tests fonctionnels, validation sécurité.
  • Pilotage de la montée en performance : suivi des KPIs (disponibilité, throughput, taux d’erreur), diagnostics et actions correctives.
  • Apprentissage & autonomie des robots : supervision de l’apprentissage sur site, data labeling/feedback pour l’IA.
  • Amélioration produit MARSO: remontée terrain structurée vers R&D (bugs, features), contribution aux playbooks & checklists de déploiement.
  • Formation & transfert : former les équipes client (opérations/maintenance) et documenter.

Requirements

Do you have a valid Driver’s License Class B license?, Do you have experience in Guest services?, * Strong communication skills (French/English), with a customer-oriented and pedagogical mindset.

  • Technical curiosity for mechatronics / robotics / automation, plus basic networking knowledge.
  • Mobility: frequent travel across France (driver’s license required).
