Senior Power BI Engineer (Enterprise AI & Executive Reporting)

Join Our Client s Business Support team as a Sr. Power BI Engineer and help deliver a single source of truth for program milestones, test progress, and product test results. You ll design and maintain Power BI dashboards and data models that consolidate multiple data sources into leadership-ready views. Working closely with Product Owners and cross-functional stakeholders, you ll validate data accuracy, close reporting gaps, and improve insight quality through strong data visualization and analysis. If you enjoy translating complex requirements into clear, actionable reporting, this is your role., * Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports consolidating schedules, milestones, and test progress

• Build and manage Power BI data models and visualizations for enterprise-level reporting
• Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to validate data accuracy and resolve reporting gaps
• Extract, organize, analyze, and communicate reporting data using Jira, JQL, Confluence, SharePoint, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Analyze complex datasets, identify trends/inconsistencies, and help resolve data misalignment
• Communicate clearly with technical teams and leadership to deliver data-driven visibility

Do you have experience in Wiki systems?, * Experience delivering executive-ready dashboards with strong visual storytelling for different audiences

• Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while collaborating cross-functionally
• Background supporting program/test reporting, defect tracking, or similar enterprise reporting needs, * 5-10+ of hands-on experience with Power BI dashboard/report development, including data models and visualizations
• Experience consolidating multiple data sources into Power BI for enterprise reporting
• Experience using Jira reporting and JQL (including defect tracking and test-related reporting)
• Ability to choose effective chart types, dashboard layouts, and narrative data presentation
• Strong communication skills with Product Owners, technical teams, test leads, and leadership

Other Skills:

• Experience creating Confluence pages to clearly communicate reporting information
• Familiarity with burndown reporting and structured test result reporting
• Any exposure to software development, testing, manufacturing, or automotive program delivery ([Preferred/Desirable])

• Position Type/Expected Hours: Onsite contract with standard business hours; occasional after-hours or weekend work may be required based on business needs.
• Ability to create Confluence pages is expected for information clarity and stakeholder communication.
