Senior Vice President, IT - Banking

• Join a team with successful success and growth in New Mexico, keeping up to date on state-of-the-art technology that supports more than $1.5B in assets
• Oversee critical technology functions, including infrastructure, network operations, cybersecurity, cloud initiatives, business continuity, disaster recovery, and vendor management
• Lead major technology projects and system implementations, delivering solutions that improve performance, efficiency, and organizational effectiveness, * Responsible for developing and directing the strategy, performance, reliability, and scalability of the credit union’s enterprise technology environment
• Provide executive leadership over the IT organization, including infrastructure, cloud platforms, network systems, helpdesk, and enterprise operations
• Ensure technology capabilities align with organizational goals, regulatory requirements, and service delivery expectations
• Assist in the development and execution of a comprehensive IT Operations strategy
• Partner with business and project teams to support digital transformation initiatives and adoption of emerging technologies
• Drive enterprise-wide standardization, automation, and modernization of systems and processes
• Lead IT service delivery functions, including incident, problem, change, and release management
• Collaborate with Risk and Compliance teams to implement and maintain cybersecurity best practices
• Oversee IT budgets, resource allocation, vendor selection, and contract management activities
• Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing IT teams while fostering accountability and continuous improvement
