VP of Engineering

• Lead the design, implementation, and management of scalable cloud solutions utilizing AWS, Azure, and other cloud platforms.
• Oversee the architecture of network infrastructure including VPNs, MPLS, DNS, and WAN to ensure secure and reliable connectivity across global operations.
• Manage the development and deployment of software applications using technologies such as Java, C#, .NET, Node.js, React, Angular, PHP, Python, and JavaScript within Agile frameworks.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards including PCI DSS for payment security and NIST standards for information security; implement robust cybersecurity measures like firewalls, network security protocols, and system administration best practices.
• Drive IT governance policies related to vendor management, change management, disaster recovery planning, business continuity planning, and risk management.
• Lead cross-functional teams in system design, application development, database management (SQL Server, Oracle, MongoDB), DevOps practices including virtualization (vSphere), containerization (Docker), and automation tools for continuous integration/deployment.
• Oversee IT infrastructure maintenance including server management (SAN storage), virtualization environments, network administration (DNS, Active Directory), and help desk support to ensure seamless operations.
• Foster a culture of innovation by integrating machine learning and AI solutions to enhance product offerings and operational efficiencies.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on budgeting processes while managing project timelines using effective project management methodologies.

Do you have experience in Stakeholder relationship building?, * Extensive experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure; strong understanding of cloud computing architectures.

• Deep knowledge of network security protocols including VPNs, DNS management, firewall configuration, MPLS networks, WAN/LAN design.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript (React.js/Express.js), Python, Java, C#, PHP; solid grasp of HTML/CSS for front-end development.
• Expertise in database systems including Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle Database, MongoDB; ETL processes and data warehousing experience.
• Familiarity with virtualization technologies like vSphere; server management; SAN storage solutions; SDLC methodologies; DevOps practices.
• Strong understanding of IT governance frameworks including PCI DSS compliance; NIST standards; risk management strategies.
• Leadership skills with proven ability to manage large technical teams; excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Knowledge of application development lifecycle (SDLC), system design principles, API integrations (APIs), ERP systems integration.
