Digital Strategies Systems Analyst

The Digital Strategies Systems Analyst (DSSA) is a core support role within East-West Ministries’ Digital Strategies team and Coalition of the Willing.

As part of a collaborative and purpose-driven team, the DSSA oversees system operations, facilitates data uploads, supports digital tools, and leads training efforts for internal staff and external partners.

This role focuses on developing user-friendly documentation, improving system adoption, and ensuring curated digital tools are used effectively to support strategic decision-making and ministry impact.

The Digital Strategies Systems Analyst will ensure data flows seamlessly between iShare and other field tracking tools while supporting the ongoing technology needs of global ministry efforts.

This position plays an important role in advancing the mission of East-West Ministries and ensuring all responsibilities align with the organization’s Vision, Mission, Values, Statement of Faith, and Biblical principles., * Documentation & Resource Architecture:

• Maintain the Google Workspace system and digital resources
• Create and maintain user-friendly guides, workflows, and best practices
• Develop resources that help users with varying technical skill levels effectively utilize digital tools
• Build documentation that encourages independence and effective system usage
• Collaborative Systems Integration:
• Partner directly with Coalition of the Willing (COTW) members to support system integration
• Identify evolving reporting needs and provide ongoing technical troubleshooting
• Support field-based ministry goals through effective technology solutions
• Develop and deliver training programs for internal staff, national leaders, and external partners
• Increase technical proficiency and confidence across the organization
• iShare System Stewardship:
• Serve as system administrator and lead super-user for the iShare mapping suite
• Manage global data uploads with accuracy and consistency
• Maintain data quality and organization across systems
• Transform data into actionable visual dashboards and insights
• Support effective use of data for strategic ministry decisions
