Job description

Seeking a hands-on Senior Developer to lead automation of manual reconciliation and account maintenance processes for the Frontier Finance platform.

  • The role will focus on building AI-driven automation solutions using Python, PySpark, and Microsoft Copilot ecosystem (Copilot & Copilot Studio) to eliminate manual workflows and improve operational efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.

Requirements

Candidates must have real project experience in Copilot/Copilot Studio + Python automation

  • Prior exposure to financial systems or reconciliation workflows strongly preferred

  • Profiles without hands-on automation delivery experience should be filtered out
