Job description

Are you ready to bridge the gap between cutting-edge Generative AI and robust software quality assurance? This role will spearhead modernization of the testing ecosystem by applying AI-driven engineering to requirements analysis, test case preparation, and automated testing., The AI Developer will build an AI-driven engine focused on automating requirements and test case preparation. The role will leverage GitHub Copilot, Databricks, advanced LLMs, Python, Visual Studio Code, and Selenium to create self-healing test automation frameworks that accelerate the development lifecycle while meeting approved security and environmental constraints., * AI-Driven Automation: Design and develop advanced test automation scripts using Selenium with Python, leveraging AI models and LLMs to accelerate script creation, maintenance, and self-healing capabilities.

Solution Architecture: Build and optimize solutions within Visual Studio Code using Python to harness generative AI tools, including GitHub Copilot and Databricks.
Framework Integration: Integrate existing Python test automation frameworks with new AI-based solutions to boost test coverage, reliability, and efficiency.
Security & Compliance: Ensure AI scripts and programs are executable and optimized for postal-issued laptops within approved security and environmental constraints.
Knowledge Transfer: Train designated team members to execute, troubleshoot, and maintain newly deployed AI scripts and programs.
Documentation: Develop training materials, user guides, and technical documentation to support long-term maintenance.

Requirements

Minimum Experience: 2-3 years of specialized AI development experience within technology or software development environments.
Preferred Education: Degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
