Application engineer

Collect and analyze the application scenarios of the company’s products in various Asian countries, understand customer needs, and provide technical support.

• Participate in the development, deployment, and optimization of company products in different markets to ensure product adaptability and practicality.
• Work closely with customers and internal XFN teams to provide technical solutions and resolve technical issues reported by customers.
• Continuously improve and optimize application solutions based on market and customer feedback, and promote technological innovation.
• Responsible for the application of technical documents writing, training and related support work.
• Participate in cross-cultural communication and cooperation to ensure that products and technologies can adapt to different market needs and cultural environments.

Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering, technology or related majors.

• Practival experience wirth SolidWorks as well as experience in creating specification
• 2-4 years of experience as an application engineer or related technical support, with cross- cultural work experience preferred.
• Familiar with engineering and application development processes, able to quickly understand and adapt to technical requirements in different application scenarios.
• Good cross-cultural communication skills, able to work smoothly with clients and team members from different countries and backgrounds.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Possessing excellent problem-solving skills, able to effectively respond to challenges and propose innovative solutions in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly self-driven, able to work independently, and possess teamwork spirit.
