Job description

In deiner zukünftigen Rolle als IT Support Mitarbeiter:in unterstützt du das Team bei folgenden Tätigkeiten:

  • Unterstützung bei Installation, Konfiguration und Aktualisierung von Hard- und Softwaresystemen
  • Analyse technischer Störungen im Team sowie Ãœbernahme des Supports
  • Mitwirkung bei der Administration der M365-Services (Office, Teams, SharePoint) sowie Azure AD / Entra ID inkl. MFA und Conditional Access
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem internen IT-Team sowie externen IT-Partnern und Dienstleistern inkl. Koordination von Wartungsverträgen und Updates

Requirements

  • Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung (Lehre, Fachschule Informatik, HTL)
  • Grundkenntnisse in Windows-Server-Umgebungen, Microsoft 365 und Netzwerktechnik (inkl. Konfiguration und Wartung)
  • Eigenverantwortliche und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Hands-on-Mentalität und hohe Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
