Software Quality Assurance Engineer

Job Duties: Responsible for interacting with business and development teams to gather requirements for the project. Participate in review of requirements document, setting quality standards for project. Analyzing the requirements, which includes interaction with business analyst and understand the functionality and convert them into test cases. Create and implement comprehensive validation plans, process maps, test cases, or standard operating procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency. Understand the potential interdependencies with other projects and their impact. Manage and upkeep validation testing equipment. Develop and execute the test cases using ALM and participating in UI and functional testing. Engage in regression testing, defect reporting. Suggest solutions to rectify non-conformities with product or process specifications. Design data driven testing framework for selenium automation testing. Create protocols for validating new or changed manufacturing processes, systems or equipment. Track deliverables adhering to release iteration plans of analysis, design, development, and testing phases. Involved in story refinement and retrospective meeting. Coordinate with development team for any issues. Closely work with development team until defect closure. Interact with regulatory authorities to provide compliance documentation and discuss validation outcomes. Organize and schedule validation testing with relevant departments and team members. Verify the sustainability of products using advanced electronic testing tools.

Job Requirements: Required Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, MIS, Engineering (Any), or any related field + 2 years of experience in the job offered, Engineering Lead, QA Analyst, QA Automation Engineer, IT Analyst or related. Travel may be required to various unanticipated client sites throughout the US.
