Job description

This role serves as the dedicated, onsite IT presence for a fast-growing AI company in the Bay Area, delivering white-glove end-user support, device lifecycle management, and seamless onboarding and offboarding operations on behalf of the client., Provide in-person, white-glove IT support for laptops, peripherals, conference rooms, and day-to-day end-user requests across the office Manage the full macOS device lifecycle, including provisioning, imaging, enrollment, and refresh through MDM and EDR tooling Execute smooth onboarding and offboarding processes, including day-one hardware prep, account setup, and same-day access and device recovery Administer identity and access management across Okta and Google Workspace using least-privilege principles Own conference room A/V hardware, video conferencing setup, and ongoing maintenance to support a productive meeting environment Maintain local hardware inventory, track assets, and forecast equipment needs against hiring pace Triage and manage support tickets end-to-end, escalating complex issues to senior engineering support as needed, Job Title: Design/Construction Project Manager, Epic Device Infrastructure Planning Location-Type: Remote/Hybrid - Must be local to Washington, DC metro area for onsite hospital walkthroughs and coordination meetings Start Date Is: ASAP (2-3 week onboa…

Requirements

3-5 years of IT support or IT operations experience, preferably within a fast-growing tech company Strong macOS expertise with hands-on MDM experience using tools such as Fleet, Jamf, Kandji, or similar Hands-on administration experience with Okta or a comparable identity provider, and Google Workspace Experience with A/V and conference room support, including practical networking fundamentals such as Wi-Fi, DNS, and VPN Proficiency with a modern ticketing or ITSM tool and consistent queue management practices Excellent in-person communication and customer service skills, with comfort supporting both executives and engineers, Scripting ability in Python or Bash, with a configuration-as-code or GitOps mindset for automation Experience with CrowdStrike or comparable EDR/MDR platforms Background supporting multi-site or global offices, including international hardware shipping and provisioning Experience as an early or first IT hire, with demonstrated ability to build structure in ambiguous, fast-paced environments *, Scripting ability in Python or Bash, with a configuration-as-code or GitOps mindset for automation Experience with CrowdStrike or comparable EDR/MDR platforms Background supporting multi-site or global offices, including international hardware shipping and provisioning Experience as an early or first IT hire, with demonstrated ability to build structure in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
