Job description

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Oracle Cloud Manufacturing Functional Consultant with deep expertise in Oracle Cloud Manufacturing, Manufacturing Cost Management, and Discrete Manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading multiple Oracle Cloud Manufacturing implementations and possess strong functional consulting experience working with business stakeholders to deliver end-to-end Oracle Cloud Manufacturing solutions. Key Responsibilities

Lead the implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle Cloud Manufacturing solutions.
Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle Cloud Manufacturing solutions.
Configure and implement Oracle Cloud Manufacturing modules with a focus on Manufacturing Cost Management and Discrete Manufacturing.
Lead solution design workshops and provide functional expertise throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement, and technical teams.
Support system integration, testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training, and production deployment.
Provide post-go-live support and recommend process improvements and best practices.
Prepare functional documentation, configuration documents, and training materials., * Occasional travel to Fremont, California as required for project meetings, workshops, or key implementation milestones.

Requirements

18+ years of overall Oracle ERP functional consulting experience.
Extensive hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Manufacturing.
Strong expertise in Oracle Manufacturing Cost Management (Cost Accounting/Manufacturing Costing).
Deep knowledge of Oracle Cloud Discrete Manufacturing.
Proven experience leading multiple full-cycle Oracle Cloud Manufacturing implementations.
Strong experience gathering business requirements and designing Oracle Cloud Manufacturing solutions.
Experience with system configuration, testing, data migration, and production support.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with distributed teams. Preferred Qualifications
Experience integrating Oracle Manufacturing with Inventory, Procurement, Supply Planning, and Financials.
Oracle Cloud Manufacturing certifications are a plus.
Experience in large enterprise Oracle Cloud implementation projects.
