Job description

We are seeking an experienced MarTech Engineer with expertise in tag management, digital analytics, and marketing technology implementations. This role combines hands-on technical implementation with business analysis, requiring someone who can design, implement, validate, and optimize enterprise analytics solutions while collaborating closely with marketing, product, analytics, and engineering teams.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience implementing enterprise tag management and analytics platforms, translating business objectives into scalable measurement strategies, and ensuring accurate, reliable data collection across digital experiences., * Design, implement, and maintain client-side and server-side tag management solutions.

  • Configure tags, triggers, variables, data elements, rules, and extensions to support digital analytics initiatives.
  • Implement and maintain analytics platforms, ensuring accurate data collection and reporting.
  • Develop scalable event tracking strategies, measurement frameworks, and variable mapping.
  • Troubleshoot analytics implementations and resolve data quality issues.
  • Partner with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical tracking specifications.
  • Design and maintain scalable data layer architectures to support enterprise analytics.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of tracking requirements.
  • Perform end-to-end validation and testing of analytics implementations using browser developer tools and network debugging techniques.
  • Establish documentation, governance standards, naming conventions, and change management processes.
  • Support privacy, consent management, and data governance best practices.
  • Participate in Agile planning activities, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and solution design discussions.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in digital analytics, marketing technology, or tag management.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Launch.
  • Strong experience implementing Google Tag Manager, including client-side implementations.
  • Experience with server-side tag management is highly desirable.
  • Strong implementation experience with Adobe Analytics.
  • Strong implementation experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
  • Experience translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Strong understanding of data layer architecture and event tracking frameworks.
  • Proficiency with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.
  • Experience working in Agile development environments.
