Job description
- We are seeking an IT Digital Analyst to support and maintain enterprise digital platforms by ensuring website performance, usability, operational stability, and compliance. This role serves as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating technical concepts into actionable business solutions while supporting web operations, content management, documentation, and reporting activities.
- The ideal candidate will have experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), web technologies, digital operations, IT support, and cross-functional collaboration in a regulated environment.
- Key Responsibilities
- Monitor website performance, uptime, and functionality to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Troubleshoot and resolve website issues reported by internal and external users.
- Support website content updates, page creation, and routine site maintenance activities.
- Assist with website analytics, reporting, and performance tracking to support business decisions.
- Create and maintain documentation for processes, troubleshooting procedures, and operational workflows.
- Coordinate with developers, designers, business users, and IT teams to implement enhancements, patches, and new functionality.
- Conduct website audits to ensure compliance with accessibility standards, security requirements, and brand guidelines.
- Provide training and support to internal users regarding digital tools, workflows, and best practices.
- Communicate technical concepts, website behavior, and data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Support special projects and compliance-related activities, including digital documentation and record management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Experience supporting digital platforms, websites, or web-based applications.
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript concepts, and content management workflows.
- Experience troubleshooting website and application-related issues.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems such as Jira or ServiceNow.
- Strong documentation, reporting, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical information for business users.
- Strong customer service mindset and problem-solving abilities.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with backend web technologies such as S3, ESL, or TIBCO.
- Background in IT support, web administration, digital operations, or application support.
- Experience working in regulated environments such as healthcare, medical devices, or compliance-driven industries.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and website governance processes.
