Digital Systems & Compliance Analyst

We are seeking a Digital Systems & Compliance Analyst “IT Compliance Analyst” to support and maintain enterprise digital platforms and websites. This role combines website operations, content management, troubleshooting, compliance oversight, reporting, and stakeholder support to ensure a seamless and reliable digital experience.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working with both technical teams and business stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into clear, actionable information while supporting website performance, compliance, and ongoing enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Monitor website performance, functionality, and uptime
• Troubleshoot and resolve website issues and user-reported errors
• Support content updates, page creation, and routine site maintenance
• Assist with website analytics, reporting, and performance tracking
• Coordinate with developers, designers, and IT teams on enhancements and releases
• Maintain process documentation, operational records, and support materials
• Conduct audits to ensure compliance with accessibility, branding, and security standards
• Train and support internal users on tools, workflows, and best practices
• Communicate digital platform updates and technical information to business stakeholders

Do you have experience in Technical writing?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field

• Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
• Experience supporting web applications, digital platforms, or website operations
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript concepts, and content management workflows
• Experience troubleshooting technical issues and coordinating resolutions
• Experience with Jira, ServiceNow, or similar ticketing systems
• Strong documentation, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
