- Support the company’s digital platforms by ensuring website performance, usability, and operational stability.
- Serve as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating complex web technologies into clear, actionable insights.
- Monitor website performance, troubleshoot issues, and support content updates and routine site maintenance.
- Document processes, updates, and troubleshooting steps to maintain operational clarity and compliance.

Requirements
Our client, a leading organization in the digital and healthcare sectors, is seeking a dedicated IT Compliance Analyst to join their dynamic team. As an IT Compliance Analyst, you will be an integral part of the IT Digital Systems & Compliance department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, a proactive mindset, and excellent communication abilities, which will enable you to thrive within a collaborative and innovative environment., * Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and backend web applications such as S3, ESL, or TIBCO.
- Understanding of basic web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript concepts.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently and accurately.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical information for non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with ticketing systems like Jira or ServiceNow and a background in IT support, web administration, or digital operations.
