We are currently recruiting for a Software Developer experienced in Oracle HCM Payroll. The role requires a strong understanding of Oracle payroll processing, payroll runbooks, retrospective payroll calculations/processes, payroll tables and associated development activities.

Candidates must have experience developing Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integrations, SQL and PLSQL.

Essential:

  • Experience of Oracle Cloud applications, fast formula, payroll, and integrations.
  • Oracle Fusion is what will be worked with.
  • Have experience of OTBI/BI reporting.
  • Can investigate and problem solve issues.
  • Have experience of working in a corporate services or shared services environment.
  • The post holder will be expected to understand some or all the following functionality:
  • Fast Formula, Elements, HCM Extract, HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Spreadsheet Loader (HSDL/AD), OTBI/BI, SQL/PLSQL and OIC.
  • Information security

  • Systems design
  • Systems integration
  • User focus

Desirable:

  • Public Sector experience
