Portfolio Lead - Oracle, ERP

A Portfolio Lead is required by Whitehall Resources to join a major public sector transformation programme based in Central London. This is a permanent position offering a hybrid working environment, with 3 days per week expected on-site. The successful candidate will be responsible for portfolio governance, reporting, planning, and PMO activities across multiple programmes and workstreams supporting our clietns wider transformation agenda. Experience in Portfolio Management within large transformation programmes? Strong governance, RAID management, reporting, and financial tracking experience? Knowledge of tools such as MS Project, Jira, Planview, or Power BI? Experience with integrated planning, resource forecasting, and dependency management? Strong stakeholder management and communication skills? Experience working within complex or public sector environments? Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies?
