Mitarbeit bei der Einführung eines neuen Dokumentenmanagementsystems
Übernahme der Key-User-Rolle im neuen System
Schnittstelle zu internen und externen internationalen Partnern
Gewährleistung einer auditfähigen Dokumentation
Erstellen von Analysen, Auswertungen und Präsentationen
Proaktive Mitarbeit bei der Prozessharmonisierung

Requirements

Abgeschlossene technische und/oder kaufmännische Ausbildung
Berufserfahrung im technischen Umfeld eines Produktionsunternehmens
Erfahrung im Dokumentenmanagement
Erfahrung in der Abwicklung von Systemumstellungen erwünscht
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen EDV-Programmen
Strukturierte und verlässliche Arbeitsweise
