Job description
We are seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Technician responsible for pre-operation inspection and ATP swabbing of machines and instruments. This role involves conducting product testing, including pH, salt titrations, Brix, and viscosity, to ensure the highest quality standards. The technician will also be tasked with calling for production holds when necessary, upholding GMP standards, and following HACCP guidelines. Additionally, the position requires creating Certificates of Analysis (COAs) and conducting batch record reviews., * Perform pre-operation inspection and ATP swabbing of machines and instruments.
- Conduct product testing such as pH, salt titrations, Brix, and viscosity.
- Call for production holds when necessary.
- Uphold GMP standards and follow HACCP guidelines.
- Create Certificates of Analysis (COAs) and conduct batch record reviews., This position is for the 1st shift at the Orange facility, a smaller site compared to the Fullerton location. The work hours are from 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM. Requirements
Innovation Sanitation Quality Control Product Testing Quality Assurance Quality Management Artificial Intelligence Critical Illness Insurance Good Manufacturing Practices Corrective And Preventive Action (CAPA) Hazard Analysis And Critical Control Points (HACCP), * Experience in quality assurance, particularly in food manufacturing.
- Proficiency in ATP testing and overseeing sanitation processes.
- Knowledge of HACCP, CAPA, Brix, and swabbing techniques., * High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of QA/QC experience in the food or beverage industry or a Bachelor’s degree with 1 year of experience.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Orange, CA. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
