Workday Analyst

The successful candidate will support, maintain and enhance the Workday platform, focusing on the HCM and Learning modules. Acting as a Workday SME, you will work closely with HR, Talent and Learning teams to improve processes and employee experience. The role includes delivering system enhancements, configuration changes, testing and ongoing support, while partnering with internal stakeholders and third-party providers to ensure Workday continues to meet evolving business requirements.

Do you have?Proven experience and expertise with Workday HCM.Proven experience and expertise with Workday Learning moduleDemonstrable understanding of core HR processes and best practices.Experience gathering and translating business requirements into Workday solutions.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.Experience supporting system upgrades, releases and testing activities.Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions in a fast-paced environment. Would you like to?Configure, maintain and support Workday HCM and Learning modules.Gather, analyse and document business requirements from HR and business stakeholders.Design and implement Workday system enhancements and process improvements.Provide second and third-line support for Workday-related issues and queries.Manage system testing, including unit testing, UAT and regression testing.Support Workday releases, ensuring new functionality is reviewed and implemented where appropriate.Produce and maintain system documentation, process maps and training materials.Work closely with HR, Learning and Talent teams to drive continuous improvement.Ensure data integrity, system security and compliance with organisational policies.Support reporting and analytics requirements to enable data-driven decision-making.
