Job description

This is an onsite position in Dugway, Utah. Please do not apply if you’re not able to work 100% onsite in Dugway. As part of our continued support of critical U.S. Army missions, we are seeking an experienced IT Program Manager to oversee enterprise IT operations supporting a secure Department of Defense environment. This leadership role is responsible for driving operational excellence, ensuring cybersecurity compliance, and managing complex IT services that directly support mission success. Active Clearance Requirement An Active Secret Security Clearance is required. Position Overview The IT Program Manager will provide strategic and operational leadership for enterprise IT services supporting a U.S. Army environment. This individual will manage cross-functional technical teams, oversee contract performance, ensure compliance with DoD cybersecurity requirements, and serve as the primary interface between government stakeholders and contractor personnel. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day execution of enterprise IT operations supporting Department of Defense missions.

  • Manage program schedules, staffing, risks, deliverables, and performance metrics.

  • Provide leadership across infrastructure, cybersecurity, systems administration, and service delivery teams.

  • Ensure compliance with DoD cybersecurity requirements, including RMF and STIG guidance.

  • Coordinate with government leadership, technical personnel, and mission partners to support operational objectives.

  • Oversee enterprise Windows/Microsoft environments, virtualization platforms, Active Directory, and related infrastructure services.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational performance, security, and customer satisfaction.

  • Ensure workforce certification compliance with applicable DoD 8570/8140 requirements.

  • Support the effective use of enterprise platforms including ServiceNow, VMware, and other mission-critical technologies.

Requirements

  • Active Secret Security Clearance.

  • 10+ years of progressive experience supporting Army or Department of Defense enterprise IT environments.

  • Current DoD 8570/8140 baseline certification.

  • Current Computing Environment (CE) certification applicable to the position.

  • Demonstrated experience managing enterprise IT operations within Army or DoD environments.

  • Strong background supporting Microsoft enterprise technologies and Windows-based infrastructure.

  • U.S. Citizenship.

  • Willingness to support onsite operations in Utah as required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Army Test and Evaluation Command (ATEC) experience.

  • Test range or military installation IT operations experience.

  • RMF and STIG implementation experience.

  • Leadership of cybersecurity or compliance initiatives.

  • Experience with Active Directory, VMware, ServiceNow, and enterprise infrastructure management.

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

  • ITIL certification.

  • Security+ certification or equivalent qualifying baseline certification.
